If your HUSO Wearable Sensors do not seem to be functioning normally, please try the following:

  1. Make sure your wearables are turned on. Use the switch at the top of each sensor to toggle to the ON position. The green indicator light on the front of the unit will turn green. The devices are ready for pairing with your mobile device. When the sensors are correctly paired with your device, AND when a HUSO program is playing, a blue indicator light will come on.
  2. Make sure your wearables are charged. When you turn on your sensors, if the red indicator light illuminates, you need to charge the devices before using them. Plug your wearables into the accompanying charger. Total charging time will be 2.5 hours.
