Yes, HUSO is completely non-invasive and can be used every day. The more frequent the sessions, the sooner the health benefits are realized and the longer they last. Aside from those with contraindications (implanted electrical device, severe panic disorder, epilepsy, recent head injury, and severe autistic spectrum disorder), HUSO can be used by everyone - including young children and the elderly - with excellent results.

You can use wired or wireless headphones. We recommend the use of highly rated professional grade over-the-ear headphones for optimum sound reproduction, allowing you to experience all of the subtle harmonics and frequency ranges of HUSO tones and programs. If you prefer earbuds, iPhone earbuds or similar will still reproduce the sound well.

HUSO can occasionally create detox symptoms, but this is a good thing and the discomfort should not last long. You can always turn down your wearable volume or switch to another program. Also, sometimes a person may not like the sound of a certain tone. Remember HUSO is sound medicine, not intended for “easy listening.” Although most of our tones are pleasant, there can be some that you may not like the sound of. We suggest you persist for a few more sessions, and then if you still find the tone offensive, switch to another program that is more pleasing to you.

HUSO uses frequencies that are built upon human toning. Binaural beat frequency is digitally produced.

HUSO is a whole body system. Rather than simply listening to the tones through headphones, you also receive them through wearables placed on acupressure meridians for a whole body experience.

Binaural beat technology is based on the theory that if you introduce two differing tones into opposite ears it will create a third frequency in the brain.

HUSO uses full spectrum tones made up of a base tone, harmonics and specific waveforms that are configured to entrain with the body’s biofield and create a healthy balancing resonant response in the body and brain.

Everyone has a different body blueprint. Our research points to the fact that not everyone will have the same response to each tone, and that their response may vary to that tone depending on what is happening in their body that day. There are certain tones which we found will enhance and restore calmness and mental clarity in the majority of people, and this is how the programs were grouped. But some people may find, for instance, that a clarity program is very calming for them, while a calming program clears their mental fog. Experiment with all the programs and find what works best for you.

We strongly recommend that you use one program per session. (If you want a more extended session you can use the same program back to back and more than once a day.

The programs are designed to be used on their own. The tones in each program were carefully selected to complement each other. Their effectiveness will be weakened if you “program surf” or use different programs one after the other at a single session.

The full module on the HUSO professional unit consists of 96 tones (each a different frequency that has been modulated in a unique way). A pre-screening method determines which of the 96 tones are most balancing to your body. A personalized program of varying lengths is then created for you. HUSO Home is a standalone device containing 16 preset thirty-minute programs and wired wrist and ankle bands. An internal battery allows for portability. HUSO Home allows for the delivery of a lossless, full-spectrum sound with no need to connect to the Internet.

The HUSO on the GO WEARABLE HARMONIZERS + APP has a library of 30 programs configured in shorter or longer versions (more programs will be added on a regular basis.). The wearable harmonizers are wireless and connect to your smartphone or tablet. You can enjoy the HUSO experience in airplane mode if you wish to cut down on EMF exposure.

We use high-grade lab grown crystals in our HUSO wearable. These crystals have been “sliced” into discs. The discs have a perfectly exact six-sided quartz crystalline molecular structure. They also possess the same properties as naturally occurring quartz crystal with one exception: they contain no inclusions of other minerals, which could impede the clear transference and storage of frequency information. This makes them completely pure and 100% quartz crystalline in composition. It is this quality that led us to choose to use lab grown crystals, as well as our desire to respect the earth and avoid unnecessary harmful mining practices.

We have found it is impossible to create a standardized model for our technology.  Your energy field is fluid, your frequency determined by so many factors. The tones needed to create the resonance and entrainment necessary to balance certain issues will change, sometimes from day to day, depending on how far out of balance you are, as well as the root cause of the difficulty you are experiencing.

1. Find HUSO on the GO in the App Store.
2. Click “Get”
3. Once the HUSO icon appears on your device screen, click it.
4. Scroll through the opening screens until you reach the screen that asks you to connect your wearables..
5. Follow the directions and prompts until you have connected both Wearable Harmonizers.
6. You will then be sent back to the App Store to choose and sign up for your subscription model.
7. Once you complete your subscription sign-up, you will be sent back to the app.
8. You are now ready to download the programs and start your HUSO on the GO journey.

1. Go back to the Sensors tab at the bottom of the screen in the App and press Setup Sensor and make sure the sensor you want to add is turned on.
2. Allow the app to detect the next sensor. Then press setup sensor to add any others. 
3. Press DONE only when you have added all sensors, otherwise the app might show a "spinning wheel" until all sensors it detects have been added. If you accidentally press DONE, return to the Sensors tab and repeat steps 1-3.

HUSO on the GO is designed to be a dynamic app. As time goes on we will be adding features and additional programs on a regular basis. As long as you are subscribed to the app, you will continue to receive these additions at no extra cost to you.

HUSO on the Go is designed to be used in airplane mode (although you can also use it while connected to the internet) so everything is downloaded onto your device. Each program contains a lot of information (two audio versions of differing lengths consisting of three separate distinct audio tracks each, a video and a still image). It is best to download each programlength one-at-a-time, letting one load fully before starting the next download.

It also helps if you have access to fast internet speeds when downloading the app.

There is a slider at the bottom of your device screen when a program is in use. Slide to the right to increase the volume, to the left to turn it down.

Use your device volume control to adjust the app audio volume.

Make sure your wearables are oriented on the inside of the wrist, and that your wearable straps are fastened snugly.

The oscillating vibrations are meant to be subtle as they are entering your body through sensitive acupressure points. Be assured your body is taking them in and converting them into beneficial “information” which then travels throughout your body via the fascia and neural networks.

First, turn off your sensors. Then charge them. After the charge cycle has been completed, turn on the sensors and try again.

Since the inception of our company, we have designed all of our products with the intent to minimize or eliminate exposure to harmful EMF’s.

When using our HUSO Pro and HUSO Home (in battery mode) you are shielded from all harmful emfs as well as “dirty” electricity. The only EMFs you are exposed to are the beneficial EMFs generated by our sound technology. We also created HUSO on the GO with minimization of EMF exposure as a critical priority. HUSO on the Go is designed to be used in airplane mode so that once you have downloaded the app you do not have to connect to the internet to use it. This shields you from harmful EMFs emitted by wifi. We also chose to use LE (low energy) Bluetooth technology to connect our wireless wearable Harmonizers to the app. This type of Bluetooth emits minimal EMFs compared to regular Bluetooth sensors. Finally, although HUSO on the Go is designed so that you can use wired or wireless headphones, we suggest if you are concerned about EMF exposure, you choose to use wired headphones.
