What Is OPENING?

OPENING is a thirty minute program made up of three 10-minute segments of mid-range sound frequency tones to sharpen mental perception and expand the body’s energy centers.

What Does OPENING Do?

HUSO created OPENING for those times when your mind and/or body contracts and shuts down due to mental, emotional, or physical overload. By using specific sound frequencies sourced from human vocals and the sound of the sea, HUSO encourages a relaxation and “let go” that enables you to release backlogged scrambled thoughts, feelings and muscular tension. You are then open to allow these magical sounds to expand the energy centers of your body, enhancing perception and feeling on all levels.

Who Needs This Program?

OPENING may be the perfect program for you if:
You have just come off weeks of cramming for exam week or finals.
You have pulled many all-nighters in a row completing a project.
Your mind is so full of facts and figures from research that there is no room for anything else.
You have been attempting to problem solve by running different scenarios over and over in your head to the point that they have now taken over your dream world.
You have just completed an event that you have been training for for months, and your entire body is sore and tense.
You have pushed yourself mentally and physically to the point your adrenals have forgotten how to shut off.
You have just experienced a distressing or traumatic event that has left you emotionally numb, contracted, dissociated and shut down.

When To Use Opening:

Opening can be used at any time during the day, whenever you have 30 minutes in a quiet place. We suggest you leave at least ten minutes free after your session to reorient and integrate. OPENING is a program you can use more than one time a day or back to back for an hour long experience if you desire it.
